Yoga has been a transformative journey for me, beginning in 2020 during the global pandemic, when I turned to YouTube for at-home practice. In 2022, seeking balance after a period of work-related exhaustion, I deepened my connection to yoga at a retreat in Mexico. Immersing myself in daily practice, I experienced a profound shift in my body, mind, and spirit, and realized I wanted to explore yoga more deeply.
Back in Berlin, I began practicing Jivamukti Yoga and eventually completed a 75-hour "Spiritual Warrior" training. A couple months later I pursued a 200-hour teacher training in Goa at Trimurti Yoga, where I expanded my understanding of yoga’s philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.
In the summer of 2023, I began teaching yoga, starting with private lessons and eventually creating an own community at a rented shala in Berlin.
My classes blend physical asana practice with meditation, chanting, and philosophical impulses. I love creating thoughtful, themed sessions and guiding my students toward relaxation, self-awareness, and joy.
I continued to deepen my practice, including a 300-hour training in Goa in 2024 with Olivier at Earth Yoga Village, where I’ve learned the therapeutic approach combined with Ayurveda elements.
I am inspired to share the magic of yoga with others and guide them on their own transformative journeys.
Yoga has become my passion and my anchor. It keeps me grounded and helps me cultivate discipline, self-care, and mindfulness. It’s not just a physical practice; it’s a way of living, a path to self-realization and connection with the world around me.
