300-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
DEEPEN THE WAY YOU OBSERVE, ADAPT, AND SERVE
Our 300-Hour Therapeutic Yoga & Ayurveda Training is a Yoga Alliance Registered programme designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who wish to refine their understanding, deepen their personal practice, and teach with greater clarity, adaptability, and care.
More than an advanced certification, this RYT 300 Programme is an immersive journey into therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, functional anatomy, breath, meditation, philosophy, and self-inquiry. Rooted in traditional yoga and enriched by modern therapeutic understanding, this training supports you in moving beyond fixed methods toward a more responsive and integrated way of teaching.
Whether your intention is to continue your professional development, deepen your relationship with yoga, or build a foundation for therapeutic one-to-one and small-group work, this programme offers a supportive and reflective learning environment.
The same educational philosophy is offered in two unique environments—the mountains of Japan and the beaches of South Goa, India—allowing you to choose the setting that best supports your journey.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPLORE
Therapeutic Understanding
Develop the ability to observe movement, understand functional anatomy, recognise common patterns, and adapt yoga to support the individual. Through assessment, case studies, and therapeutic principles, you'll learn to move beyond fixed methods toward more responsive teaching.
Ayurveda & the Five Elements
Deepen your understanding of constitution, lifestyle, and the changing qualities of body and mind. Explore how the Five Elements and Ayurveda can inform sequencing, assessment, and a more personalised approach to practice.
The Art of Teaching
Refine your communication, observation, sequencing, and mentoring skills. Explore private sessions, therapeutic classes, and teaching methodologies that encourage confidence, adaptability, and meaningful connection.
Personal Practice
Continue cultivating the foundations of your own practice through meditation, pranayama, self-inquiry, and daily ritual. Because the depth of your teaching is always rooted in the depth of your own experience.
