Payment Policy

Deposit Amount

For both our 200-hour and 300-hour RYT programs, the deposit is €400.

For both our YACEP programs and retreats, the deposit is €200

The deposit is required to confirm your place in the course.

 

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the course start date, unless otherwise noted.
We’ll send you a reminder email and invoice when the time comes.

We’ll send you an invoice with our bank details.

 

2. Credit Card

You can also pay by credit card.
Please note: a 2.6% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At YOGART COLLECTIVE, our courses and retreats are intentionally limited to a small group of participants to foster a supportive, personal, and intimate learning environment.
Because of this, our cancellation policy is designed to support both our participants and our team — and to manage the costs that arise from last-minute changes fairly.

We understand that no one books a course or retreat with the intention of cancelling. However, unexpected events can occur. This policy helps us maintain a sustainable experience for all guests and allows us to support our hosts and team fairly.

 

Refund Terms

1. All deposits are non-refundable.
   This includes the initial €400 deposit for training courses. However, if a course is cancelled by YOGART COLLECTIVE due to insufficient enrollment, your deposit will be refunded in full.

2. Full balance is automatically charged 15 days prior to the program start date.

3. Cancellation requests made more than 30 days prior to the course or retreat start date:

   • Only the non-refundable deposit is due.

4. Cancellation requests made less than 30 days prior to the course or retreat start date:

   • The full course or retreat balance is due.

5. Any refunds (if applicable) will incur a 3.5% processing fee.

 

Important Notes

• No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend or complete the course or retreat

  • Late arrival or early departure

  • Personal emergencies, illness/injury, or weather-related disruptions

  • Any reason not covered by the terms above

• Exceptions cannot be made, regardless of circumstances.

• YOGART COLLECTIVE reserves the right to terminate participation in the course or retreat if a participant's presence is found to be disruptive to the group process. In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be considered at our discretion.

In the Event of Cancellation by YOGART COLLECTIVE

If we must cancel, reschedule, or suspend a course or retreat due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disaster, pandemic, war, or other force majeure), the following terms apply:

• You will be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid, excluding the €400 deposit.

• Your €400 deposit will be transferred as a credit toward any future in-person course with YOGART COLLECTIVE.

• YOGART COLLECTIVE will not be liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred (e.g., travel or insurance costs).

Course Adjustments

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, faculty, or accommodation if necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
