Our professional training course and mentorship program is not just about learning but also about creating a supportive and nurturing environment. We are here to help you establish a solid personal therapeutic practice, share yoga with others, and build a successful teaching business.

You will explore and actualise advanced asana techniques and modifications for physical limitations and other considerations, dive into the wisdom of ancient yogic texts, and develop a deeper understanding of anatomy, meditation, and pranayama.​

This 300-hour yoga Teacher training based in Canacona also deepens your knowledge of the relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda, with classes focused on cultivating Prana (life force), Agni (inner fire), and Ojas (vigour).

You will examine relationships and connections to integrate yoga therapy tools and principles into both group classes and private sessions.

The YOGART COLLECTIVE 300-hour yoga teacher training in Goa offers a comprehensive and transformative approach to yoga education. With a strong foundation in physiology, subtle anatomy, and yoga psychology, this advanced TTC empowers students with essential tools to integrate both traditional wisdom and modern research into their teaching.

Throughout this RYT 300 Goa course, you will explore diverse styles—from alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to the gentle and restorative practices of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. Learn to adapt your teaching to address physical, emotional, and psychological well-being in both group classes and private sessions.

Each day begins with dynamic, alignment-focused morning classes and continues with restorative, meditative practices in the afternoon. Rather than following random sequences, you will progress systematically through Basic, Essential, and Intermediate modules, gaining the skills to safely guide students toward advanced postures and inner balance.

By the end of this advanced yoga teacher training in Goa, you’ll have the confidence to design intelligent, creative, and therapeutic yoga classes that educate, inspire, and heal. ABOUT THE MODULES

  • Our exploration of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga will emphasise practical insights and the therapeutic aspect of the methods. It will be fun, focused, and accessible.

  • Asana practice focuses on developing the quality of body alignment, observation, and instruction.

  • Developing the vocabulary and vision needed to provide mindful instruction, correction, and the utilisation of hands-on adjustments.Learning, understanding and practising Yoga methods such as pranayama, meditation, kriyas, bandhas, chanting and other traditional yogic practices.

  • Designing tailor-made yogic practices according to the individual’s body type and lifestyle. Effectively addressing and treating an individual’s physical and mental ailments through such tailored practices.Being in connection with nature’s five elements, adopting a healthy and environmentally-conscious lifestyle and truly understanding our responsibility as human beings on all levels and stages.

​A TYPICAL YTT DAY WITH US

*evening programmes may include Satsang, Kirtan, mantra ceremonies and meditation

(Students will undergo training for 6 days per week, with Sunday off.)

  • This 300-hour RYT certification course in Goa includes 270 hours of contact hours and 30 hours of non-contact hours.

  • Ten of these non-contact hours will be dedicated to preparatory work to be completed before the course begins.

  • It is recommended to apply early to make the most of the course.

While with us, you participate in daily sadhanas, carve out silent time for self-study, and integrate your skills in insightful supervised practicums.

FEES​

Our Foundational Yoga Teacher Training Course (300-hour YTTC in South Goa, India) is designed as a fully residential program, offering an immersive experience in yoga, community, and self-discovery.

All packages include comfortable accommodation at our peaceful retreat center.
Enjoy three wholesome vegetarian or vegan meals daily — breakfast, light lunch, and dinner — prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Each meal is designed to nourish your body and support your practice.
We happily cater to dietary preferences and allergies. Herbal teas and purified water are always available.

 

Comprehensive Training Manual

Each participant receives a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Manual packed with relevant, up-to-date content:

  • Pose alignment, cueing, and safe adjustments

  • Functional anatomy and how it integrates with your asana practice

  • Teaching methodology: voice, sequencing, alignment, and class design

  • Detailed guidance on pranayama, mudra, bandha, and meditation

  • Sanskrit mantras and chants with English translations

Our yoga shala and accommodation are located within the same serene property, creating a peaceful and focused environment to deepen your learning.

 

Small Group, Personal Attention

This Yoga Teacher Training in Japan is intentionally limited to 12 participants to ensure individual attention and support. You’ll receive 300 hours of professional training and mentorship from Olivier and his experienced teaching team.

Before the course begins, you’ll receive a recommended reading list to help you prepare and deepen your understanding of yoga and Ayurveda.

 

Certification

Upon successful completion, you’ll be awarded a Yoga Alliance–accredited RYT 300 certificate. We’ll also provide full guidance for registering with Yoga Alliance as a certified yoga teacher (RYT300).

This 300-hour YTTC takes place at our beautiful Goa retreat center in South Goa, surrounded by coconut trees and gentle sea breeze. Here, simplicity meets comfort—offering shared or private eco-friendly rooms, nourishing vegetarian meals, and quiet spaces for reflection.

 

Located in Canacona, a peaceful coastal area known for yoga in Goa, India, our centre offers the tranquility of nature with easy access to local culture and beaches.

 

Stay under the canopy of this two-acre coconut grove in one of twenty-two back-to-nature cabanas. No two cabanas are alike. Fashioned from local materials like rice straw and bamboo, the cabanas are built to include trees, leaves, and to let you see the moon and star-filled skies. The living areas combine a rural feel with a surprising degree of comfort.
