You will explore and actualise advanced asana techniques and modifications for physical limitations and other considerations, dive into the wisdom of ancient yogic texts, and develop a deeper understanding of anatomy, meditation, and pranayama.
This 300-hour yoga Teacher training based in Canacona also deepens your knowledge of the relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda, with classes focused on cultivating Prana (life force), Agni (inner fire), and Ojas (vigour).

Throughout this RYT 300 Goa course, you will explore diverse styles—from alignment-based Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to the gentle and restorative practices of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Mindfulness. A TYPICAL YTT DAY WITH US
*evening programmes may include Satsang, Kirtan, mantra ceremonies and meditation
(Students will undergo training for 6 days per week, with Sunday off.)

This 300-hour RYT certification course in Goa includes 270 hours of contact hours and 30 hours of non-contact hours.

Ten of these non-contact hours will be dedicated to preparatory work to be completed before the course begins.

This 300-hour YTTC takes place at our beautiful Goa retreat center in South Goa, surrounded by coconut trees and gentle sea breeze. Here, simplicity meets comfort—offering shared or private eco-friendly rooms, nourishing vegetarian meals, and quiet spaces for reflection.
Located in Canacona, a peaceful coastal area known for yoga in Goa, India, our centre offers the tranquility of nature with easy access to local culture and beaches.
Stay under the canopy of this two-acre coconut grove in one of twenty-two back-to-nature cabanas. No two cabanas are alike. Fashioned from local materials like rice straw and bamboo, the cabanas are built to include trees, leaves, and to let you see the moon and star-filled skies. The living areas combine a rural feel with a surprising degree of comfort.
