A HOLISTIC AND INTEGRATIVE YTTC IN JAPAN
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC) offers more than just posture practice. You’ll gain a well-rounded education in yoga that unites:
-
Human Anatomy & Biomechanics – develop a precise understanding of how the body moves and how to teach safely.
-
The 5 Elements System from Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine – explore energy flow, emotional balance, and natural rhythms.

OUR TEACHING STYLE
Our approach draws inspiration from Ashtanga Yoga Chikitsa (Therapy) and the alignment principles of Therapeutic Yoga. This is not an Ashtanga training, but a creative and therapeutic evolution of it—using its structure to build flow, rhythm, and purification.
Throughout the training, you’ll explore a range of practices, including:
-
Alignment-Based Vinyasa Flow
-
Ashtanga-Inspired Movement
-
Yin Yoga
-
Yoga Nidra
-
Mindfulness and Meditation
You’ll learn to teach with confidence and creativity, adapting your classes to meet the needs of different bodies and minds.

Rooted in both traditional wisdom and modern therapeutic insight, this training bridges ancient philosophy and practical application, helping you grow as both a teacher and a human being.
Deepened Understanding of the Elements
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Five Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — and how they influence physical, mental, and emotional health. This knowledge empowers you to design balanced, holistic yoga practices that align with nature’s rhythms and your students’ needs.
Enhanced Therapeutic Skills
By integrating the Five Elements into therapeutic yoga, you’ll develop the ability to address a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. Each element corresponds to specific functions and qualities within the body and mind, enabling you to create personalized and effective practices for individual healing.
Holistic Healing Approach
Rather than treating symptoms alone, the Five Elements framework helps you identify and address the root causes of imbalance. Through this integrative perspective, you’ll learn how yoga can support long-term health, harmony, and emotional resilience.
Diverse Teaching Methods
This training expands your teaching toolbox. Understanding the Five Elements allows you to weave their principles not only into yoga classes, but also into nutrition, lifestyle, and energy-based practices. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, bodyworker, or wellness professional, these teachings will broaden your scope and deepen your impact.
Increased Marketability & Professional Growth
Specialising in Five Elements Yoga sets you apart in the global yoga community. You’ll graduate with a unique qualification that attracts students seeking a deeper, more holistic experience — enhancing both your credibility and career opportunities as a yoga teacher or therapist.
Personal Growth + Inner Balance
Engaging with the elements through daily practice cultivates self-awareness, emotional balance, and connection to nature. As you explore the elements within yourself, you’ll rediscover harmony and authenticity — qualities that naturally radiate into your teaching and your life.
