My Approach

Traditional coaching often works primarily with thoughts. Traditional yoga often works primarily with the body.

Real change rarely happens through only one doorway.

If the nervous system does not feel safe, insight rarely becomes action. If we remain disconnected from our deeper values, action can feel empty or unsustainable.

 

This mentorship brings together:

Pillar 1: Uncover 

Body & Breath as the Foundation

Before we move forward, we create safety and connection.

Through therapeutic movement, breathwork, nervous system education, and body awareness practices, we begin uncovering patterns held in the body while developing greater regulation and resilience.

We may explore:

• Breath practices and nervous system regulation
• Therapeutic movement and somatic awareness
• Identifying stress patterns in the body
• Building the capacity to remain present with difficult sensations

 

Result

Move from survival mode toward greater steadiness, connection, and resilience.

Pillar 2: Choose

Values, Meaning & Psychological Flexibility

You cannot always control thoughts, emotions, or uncertainty.

But you can learn a different relationship with them.

Using principles from Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), we explore a different approach—not trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, but changing our relationship with them.

Rather than fighting our internal experiences, we create space for what truly matters.

 

We may explore:

• Unhooking from self-critical stories
• Learning to make space for difficult emotions
• Values clarification and life direction
• Connecting with what feels meaningful and authentic

 

Result

Greater clarity about who you are and where you want to move.

Turning Insight into Real Life

Insight alone rarely changes life. Transformation happens when embodied understanding becomes action. This is where we move beyond awareness and into aligned movement.

Not simply small steps. Meaningful steps. Steps that reflect your values, energy, and direction.

 

We may explore:

• Identifying meaningful goals
• Creating realistic action pathways
• Building supportive routines and structures
• Compassionate accountability and reflection

Result

Move from feeling stuck toward a life that feels intentional and aligned.

The Intention

My role is not to fix you.
My role is not to tell you who you should become.

This work is about helping you uncover what already matters deeply to you, reconnect with your own wisdom, and create a way forward that feels embodied, practical, and true.

Because healing is important.

But healing is not always the destination.

Sometimes healing simply creates space for something larger:

to contribute, create, connect, lead, change direction, or live more fully.

In yoga, this may be understood as Dharma — moving toward a life that feels aligned with your deeper values and purpose.

And perhaps that is where the real work begins.

Six guided sessions over approximately 6–8 weeks

A one-to-one mentorship journey combining somatic practices, ACT-based inquiry, and practical support for integrating meaningful change into daily life.

The Way Forward — Immersion

4-day in-person experience

A more immersive space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and move through the UCM process with dedicated time and support.

  • feeling unclear or stuck

  • seeking ongoing support

  • wanting to bring more awareness into daily choices

  • ready to explore what meaningful action could look like

 

The Way Forward — Group Retreat

6-day retreat experience

A small-group experience combining movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, inquiry, community, and meaningful action.
