Bhagavad Gita 2.47-2.48.
““Be intent on action, not on the fruits of action; avoid attraction to the fruits and attachment
to inaction. Perform actions, firm in discipline, relinquishing attachment; be impartial to
failure and success – this equanimity is called discipline.” "

(WHILE TEACHING AT EYV AND SAMPOORNA YOGA)
I did my 200 hours training course with Olivier as a teacher, and for me, it was a beautiful first experience with yoga. I was expecting to learn how to do some postures, to improve my technique, and my physical health. But I came away with something much better. Even though I could achieve all that, I also learned in his classes about yoga philosophy, its values, and how to incorporate them into my daily life, practice, actions, and thoughts.
Although I wasn’t planning on being a teacher, during this month I could earn more confidence in myself and incorporate so much knowledge that I would love to transmit what I’d learned.
Olivier is demanding, professional, and he pushes, but he’s also really funny, patient, and respectful of each person's process. He taught me to be kind to myself, to respect my body, and to take care of it in every movement. For me, he is a great guide on this journey of learning yoga.
