This workshop will give you some tools to support your students when they are experiencing pain or injury. You will also gain a deeper understanding of the process of working with injuries so you can help students practice safely.
Course Description
As the number of yoga practitioners climbs, we are seeing a corresponding increase of yoga injuries. This course, Yoga Injuries Prevention and Management: A therapeutic Approach, looks at the most frequently injured areas to assess key movement patterns that are problematic and then establishes helpful movements for a healthy range of motion.
Your instructor — Olivier Charles — designed this workshop with an insightful blend of anatomy, physiology, yoga psychology and experienced teaching to provide tangible examples and practical tips for teaching.

Course length: 2.5 hours of in person lecture and 1 hour of asana
