200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

DIVE

YOGĀRT COLLECTIVE is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS) offering internationally recognized Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Goa.
Our 200-hour foundational yoga course blends traditional wisdom with a modern understanding of anatomy, movement, and mindfulness—preparing you to become a confident, knowledgeable, and inspired yoga teacher or dedicated practitioner.

Why Holistic Hatha Yoga?

In a world of fast-moving flows and surface-level fitness, Holistic Hatha Yoga brings us back to the essence of yoga as integration, healing, and conscious living.
Our
Hatha yoga in Goa approach emphasizes awareness, alignment, and breath, helping you rediscover balance and authenticity in your practice and in your life.

Rooted in ancient wisdom yet informed by modern science, this training offers more than physical skill—it’s a way of seeing, sensing, and teaching from a place of depth and connection.

What Makes This Training Specific?

  • We combine classical Hatha Yoga with modern anatomy, energetic awareness, and Eastern healing systems (Ayurveda & Chinese Medicine).

  • We teach yoga as a therapeutic path—not just a performance or physical skill.

  • You’ll learn to sequence intuitively, adapt postures to different bodies, and hold space with presence and purpose.

  • You’ll explore breathwork, mantra, meditation, and restorative practices alongside asana.

  • This is a trauma-aware, elementally-informed, and self-reflective training for those who want depth—not just certification.

We place great importance on experiential learning, self-reflection, and group connection. Our learning environment is supportive, inclusive, and intentionally crafted to awaken your authentic voice as a teacher. Through dynamic and gentle group practices, personal rituals, and one-on-one guidance, you will grow not only in knowledge but in presence and purpose.

Why do a Holistic Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with
YOGART COLLECTIVE?

Deepened Understanding of the Elements

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Five Elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — and how they influence physical, mental, and emotional health. This knowledge empowers you to design balanced, holistic yoga practices that align with nature’s rhythms and your students’ needs.

Enhanced Therapeutic Skills

By integrating the Five Elements into therapeutic yoga, you’ll develop the ability to address a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. Each element corresponds to specific functions and qualities within the body and mind, enabling you to create personalized and effective practices for individual healing.

Holistic Healing Approach

Rather than treating symptoms alone, the Five Elements framework helps you identify and address the root causes of imbalance. Through this integrative perspective, you’ll learn how yoga can support long-term health, harmony, and emotional resilience.

Diverse Teaching Methods

This training expands your teaching toolbox. Understanding the Five Elements allows you to weave their principles not only into yoga classes, but also into nutrition, lifestyle, and energy-based practices. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, bodyworker, or wellness professional, these teachings will broaden your scope and deepen your impact.

Increased Marketability & Professional Growth

Specialising in Five Elements Yoga sets you apart in the global yoga community. You’ll graduate with a unique qualification that attracts students seeking a deeper, more holistic experience — enhancing both your credibility and career opportunities as a yoga teacher or therapist.

Personal Growth + Inner Balance

Engaging with the elements through daily practice cultivates self-awareness, emotional balance, and connection to nature. As you explore the elements within yourself, you’ll rediscover harmony and authenticity — qualities that naturally radiate into your teaching and your life.

Our location

Stay under the canopy of this two-acre coconut grove in one of twenty-two back-to-nature cabanas. No two cabanas are alike. Fashioned from local materials like rice straw and bamboo, the cabanas are built to include trees, leaves, and to let you see the moon and star-filled skies. The living areas combine a rural feel with a surprising degree of comfort.
