FOOD

Food is a vital part of any yoga retreat or training course.
At BHAKTI KUTIR, the in-house chefs prepare delicious, healthy vegan and vegetarian food only using wholesome, fresh local ingredients. We consider the physical laws of good food combining as well as the more subtle laws of intention while preparing the meal. Tasty meals that are both nutritious and wholesome revitalise the body and are one of the highlights of your stay here.
