Description
This workshop aims to equip you with tools to assist your students in managing pain or injury. You will also develop a better understanding of how to work with injuries to help your students practice yoga safely. Course Description: As the number of yoga practitioners continues to grow, there is a corresponding increase in yoga-related injuries. This course, Yoga Injuries Prevention and Management: A Therapeutic Approach, focuses on the most commonly injured areas, assesses problematic movement patterns, and establishes beneficial movements to promote a healthy range of motion. The instructor, Olivier Charles, has designed this workshop by integrating anatomy, physiology, yoga, psychology, and extensive teaching experience to provide real-life examples and practical teaching tips.
