YOGA RETREAT

Yoga with Shelly

Our retreats offer the possibility to experience the benefits of a comprehensive wellness program and restore balance in key areas of your life. Our retreat programmes align with the wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient holistic system of healing that seeks to restore balance in body, mind and spirit.

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

YOGA HOLIDAYS

  • Join us for a Restorative Alignment retreat in the picturesque Eco village of Bhakti Kutir in Patnem, South Goa

  • Over seven days, you’ll enjoy the guidance and company of Olivier and his team, who will share their knowledge with you, teaching from the heart, allowing you to relax and strengthen.

  • Approaching yoga practice with relaxation will release tension acquired from poor postural habits, and using therapeutic tools that mobilise the spine into a more natural and correct body posture, will make you feel light and energised.

  • We start each day early with meditation, followed by breathing exercises (pranayama) and the physical practice of dynamic and restorative postures (asanas).

  • The afternoons are free to bask in the sun, swim, walk the shores, hang out with like-minded people or read a good book on your private porch.

  • We have created a space for acceptance and discovery for all yoga practitioners with the keen awareness that not all yoga practices are for everyone.

  • The retreat includes a private yoga therapy session with Olivier Charles, a certified yoga therapist, for those with special requirements or health conditions who wish to find relief through yoga.

  • The yoga retreat itinerary will also incorporate a rejuvenating massage session to enhance relaxation and promote overall well-being. Participants can indulge in a professional massage experience, allowing them to unwind, release tension, and achieve a deeper state of tranquillity during the retreat.
